Our Story

Angels Watching Home watch is a new family-owned Home Watch and Concierge Services Business located in the beautiful spiritual city of Sarasota, Florida. Our client base consists of Homeowners and Investors who frequently travel the world and have multiple nesting places throughout the year. Our goal is to keep our customers worry-free while they are away from their properties and home base.

Angels Watching Home Watch is owned and operated by Bernie and Ileana who recently moved to Sarasota from Miami after the tragic loss of their beloved daughter in 2022. While searching for a peaceful place to heal and through Angelic Divine Intervention they were guided to this historically spiritual City of Light where they found their sanctuary and made it their home and were inspired to create a Home Watch Business.

Meet Bernie

Bernie is a recently retired Commercial Airline Pilot with over 40 years in the airline industry. His attention to detail and keen eye for detecting unforeseen problems that can lead to damage and become a major expense, stems from a Construction and Engineering background and the discipline of being a pilot always focused on checklists and safety. Born and raised on a farm in Wisconsin gave him exposure to many different types of labor and instilled in him good moral character and family values, exceptional work ethics and the importance of building loyal, trustworthy, dependable long-lasting relationships.

Meet Ileana

Ileana also has over 33 years in the airline industry, a real estate background and excellent communication and social skills and is bilingual in Spanish. Born in Cuba and raised in Texas, she came to the United States at the age of seven and knows the value of hard work since she saw her family struggle and work hard to build a new life in a new country. Helping others with a genuine caring heart and treating your home as if it were her own is a priority and of utmost importance.

Coupled together Bernie and Ileana create a dynamic team that will watch over your home and investment properties with utmost care. Throughout their airline careers, they have traveled the world extensively and know the value of having peace of mind while being away from home.

Angels Watching Home Watch is a member of the Florida Home Watch Association and is both insured and bonded. Using a state-of-the-art software program that is high tech and organized offers the Homeowners complete access online at any time where they can view detailed reports of their inspections.
